Strengthening Solutions is a nonprofit organization based in Sterling Heights, Michigan, dedicated to supporting mothers experiencing postpartum depression with evidence-based counseling and holistic care.
Our story
Strengthening Solutions was founded to meet an urgent and often invisible need: accessible mental health care for new mothers. Too many mothers face postpartum depression in silence, isolated by stigma and cost.
We exist to change that — by offering licensed counseling alongside calming, restorative spaces and community connection, so every mother in our region can find the support she deserves.
